Staying Here
You’ve got two options – you can camp or you can stay in lodging. Here’s a bit of detail about each.Camping
We’ve got space available for tent campers and RV’s, although there are a few idiosyncrasies for both. Tent campers must use our tents. RV’s will have flat parking available to them, but we will not have hookups on-site. We will have trash and recycling facilities, restrooms and close-in camp spots to all the goodies that Breck Epic World Domination HQ has to offer. Our venue for the race starts and camping is located just south of town at the Steven C West Hockey Arena. It's right next to a babbling brook, a saucy little trail network and lots and lots of trees bordering the facilities. There's even a pump track. Race HQ is within walking distance from great food, coffee shopping and real estate offices (that last part is a joke…unless you’re a realtor who’s thinking about racing – then take it seriously please.)
There is an RV sanitary dump station just before you enter town from the north. If you're driving in on Highway 9, hang a left at Swan Mountain Road. The sanidump is at the water treatment plant on your immediate left. There's also potable water. The dump/water is self-service and self-pay. $5 for RV's, $10 for buses.
Lodging
Our official lodging partner is Great Western Lodging. They’re owned and operated by cyclists. They've been huge supporters of all the mountain bike stuff in Summit County for nearly a decade. They've got properties throughout the community from studios to 6-bedroom units and are offering substantial discounts to event participants. Rates begin at $40/night/person (double occupancy/1 BDR condo).
